Processing Time
We take care to prepare each order thoughtfully before it ships.

Plush BK Bags (Made-to-Order): Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before shipping.
All Other Items: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
